This month, the school hall at Tumaini Secondary School transformed into a hub of possibility as students gathered for a Career Fair. Organized by our College and Career Advisory Program, the event brought together alumni and local professionals from education, healthcare, business, and more.
Students began with panel discussions, asking thoughtful questions about the paths these mentors took and the realities of working in different industries. They then rotated through career-focused stations, exploring specific fields in greater depth and receiving personalized guidance.
"I always thought teaching meant standing in front of a classroom, but now I know I could design curricula, train other teachers, or even work in education policy," shared one Form 4 student. "Suddenly my future feels much bigger."
